10-minute documentary/promo produced for CRUMtravel documenting their bi-annual 'Carbage Run' trip in which participants travel on 5-day expeditions all over Europe in cars worth a maximum of €1,000, a.k.a. 'carbage.'
This trip took them on 2,100km across England and Wales, starting in Kent up through Yorkshire, to the Lake District, then Wales, The Cotswolds and back home to the European mainland again. Along the way they completed various challenges with the goal of being named the overall winner of the Carbage Run.
I created the entire film as a one-man team, jumping in the back of cars and capturing the journey with a mix of handheld camerawork and drone, creating a humorous narrative that captured the chaotic, off-kilter energy and the breathtaking scenery of the trip.
